Tech in Accounting, Koforidua Technical University equipped me with to build a Professional Experience, now in the capacity of a Branch Operations Manager, Mponua Rural Bank (current) where I managed branch operations, including finance, customer service, and risk management, Supervised and mentored staff to achieve business objectives, Implemented process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, before that I was an Account and Credit Officer, Mponua Rural Bank, As Chief Finance Officer, I am committed to ensuring the financial sustainability and integrity of our NGO.
