Miss Joycelen Ohenewaa Koranteng is one Dedicated and purpose-driven professional with significant experience in the non-profit and social welfare sector. Proven expertise in database management, compliance, policy implementation, and team training. Strong foundation in accounting and administration, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Currently serving as an Assistant Chief Executive Officer at the Department of Social Welfare-NPOS, she has demonstrated her expertise in managing databases for non-profit organizations, preparing and training teams on compliance issues, and overseeing policy implementation. With a strong foundation in accounting, Joycelyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast, supported by an HND from Accra Technical University, Joycelyn has also developed administrative competencies through her role in records and administration at the Department of Social Welfare. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident from her participation in specialized training workshops focused on child protection, alternative care, and case management. with expertise to drive positive change and support the Organization's mission by helping to empower marginalized communities, promoting social welfare, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
